Současné výzvy izraelské bezpečnosti v kontextu sekuritizace hrozby Íránu

Abstract

This thesis examines the process of securitization in the relationship between Israel and Iran during Benjamin Netanyahu's second term as Israeli Prime Minister, specifically the period between taking office in 2009 and the conclusion of the nuclear deal with Iran in 2015. The aim of the paper is to analyse the process by which Netanyahu has made Iran such a major security threat that the whole world should be concerned about it. The thesis examines the international dimension of this issue, that is, Netanyahu's speeches that were targeted at an international audience, in some cases especially at an American one, since the United States has been Israel's closest ally since the creation of the State of Israel. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which focuses mainly on the theory of securitization, on which the entire work is based, and an empirical part, i.e. the actual analysis of the speeches transcribed into textual form. The greatest emphasis in this analysis is placed on the linguistic devices used, the choice of words and the setting of facts, events or actions in the context chosen by Netanyahu. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem sekuritizace ve vztahu mezi Izraelem a Íránem v období druhého období Benjamina Netanjahua ve funkci izraelského premiéra, konkrétně se jedná o období mezi nástupem do funkce v roce 2009 a uzavřením jaderné dohody s Íránem v roce 2015. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat proces, jakým Netanjahu vytvářel z Íránu tak zásadní bezpečnostní hrozbu, že by se jím měl zabývat celý svět. Práce se zabývá mezinárodní rovinou této otázky, tedy projevy Netanjahua, které byly cíleny na mezinárodní obecenstvo, v některých případech zejména na americké, neboť Spojené státy americké představují nejbližšího izraelského spojence již od vzniku Státu Izraele. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která je soustředěna zejména na teorii sekuritizace, ze které celá práce vychází, a na empirickou, tedy samotnou analýzu projevů přepsaných do textové podoby. Největší důraz v této analýze je kladen na použité jazykové prostředky, volbu slov a zasazování skutečností, událostí či činů do kontextu zvoleného Netanjahuem. Analýza těchto projevů má za cíl odhalit způsob, jakým Netanjahu chtěl z Íránu vytvořit doslova existenční hrozbu nejen pro Izrael, ale v konečném důsledku i pro celý svět, pokud jeho jaderný program nebude efektivně eliminován natolik, že bude vyloučena možnost získání jaderných...
