Analýza komunikace ve výuce fyziky z pohledu transakční analýzy

Abstract

Práce se zabývá analýzou komunikace ve výuce fyziky z pohledu transakční analýzy. Byly realizovány záznamy 8 hodin výuky fyziky, kde byla probírána témata měrná tepelná kapacita a změny skupenství. Analýza byla provedena se zaměřením na hry, zkřížené transakce, skryté transakce a další problematické komunikační situace. Rozebralo se celkem 23 konkrétních situací s tímto zaměřením. Práce bude sloužit dalším studentům učitelství a z tohoto důvodu práce obsahuje i rozsáhlejší teoretický úvod do transakční analýzy a popis základních konceptů v teoretické části, které jsou v praktické části práce využívány.

This thesis deals with the analysis of communication in physics lessons from the perspective of transactional analysis. Records of 8 hours of physics teaching were made, where the topics of specific heat capacity and changes of state were discussed. The analysis was performed focusing on games, cross-transactions, ulterior transactions and other problematic communication situations. A total of 23 specific situations with this focus were analyzed. This thesis will serve other future teacher students and for this reason the work contains a more extensive theoretical introduction to transactional analysis and a description of basic concepts in the theoretical part, which are used in the practical part of the work.
