Další vzdělávání osob s vysoce nadprůměrnou inteligencí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dalším vzděláváním osob s vysoce nadprůměrnou inteligencí. Seznamuje se současnými přístupy ke vzdělávání nadaných lidí a soustředí se na metody dalšího vzdělávání vhodných pro rozvoj vysoce nadprůměrně inteligentních dospělých. Dále se samostatně věnuje zájmovému vzdělávání těchto dospělých, včetně představení organizace Mensa, která sdružuje vysoce nadprůměrně inteligentní lidi. V práci jsou také předloženy obecné teoretické poznatky o inteligenci a osobnostní charakteristika dospělých s vysoce nadprůměrnou inteligencí a nadaných dospělých. Dále jsou v práci využívány obecné poznatky o dalším vzdělávání. Součástí práce je kvalitativní empirické šetření realizované formou rozhovorů s dospělými členy Mensy České republiky zaměřené na zjištění jejich osobních preferencí obsahů, forem a metod dalšího vzdělávání Šetření se dotýká i témat vztahů těchto osob ke vzdělávání, jejich zkušeností s dalším vzděláváním a požadavků na vzdělavatele. This thesis deals with further education of superior intelligent people. The thesis presents current perspectives on gifted education and focuses on the methods of further education suitable for gifted education. Furthermore, the thesis examines an interest education of gifted adults, including presentation organization Mensa which unites individuals with very superior intelligence. In the thesis, the general theoretical findings about intelligence are also presented, as well as the personality traits of the very superior intelligence persons and gifted people. Moreover, the thesis works with general findings about the further education. The thesis includes qualitative empirical research which is aimed at personal preferences of the adult members of Mensa Czech Republic for content, forms and methods of the further education. The research also explores the relation of these adults to education, their experience with further education and their demands on an educator.
