Das Motiv der Tischgemeinschaft in Kurzgeschichten Wolfgang Borcherts und Peter Bichsels

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá motivem společenství u stolu ve vybraných povídkách Wolfganga Borcherta a Petera Bichsela. Nejdříve bude pozornost soustředěna na význam motivu společenství u stolu prizmatem kultury a náboženství. Dále budou představeni oba autoři a jejich díla budou zasazena do společensko-historického kontextu. Jednotlivé povídky budou detailně analyzovány a interpretovány ve vztahu k centrálnímu motivu společenství u stolu. Práce si klade za cíl představit doposud neprostudované ztvárnění onoho velkého kulturního tématu na formátu krátkých textů v podobě vybraných povídek.

This thesis deals with the motif of communal dining in selected short stories by Wolfgang Borchert and Peter Bichsel. Firstly, attention is drawn to the importance of communal dining through the prism of culture and religion. Then both authors are introduced, and the socio- historical context of their works is discussed. The selected short stories are precisely analyzed and interpreted with reference to the central motif of communal dining. The aim of the thesis is to present a previously unexplored representation of the great cultural topic in the small format of short stories.
