Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní pojmy, teoretické poznatky a dokumenty týkající se vzdělávání dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem obecně. Dále se práce zabývá základní charakteristikou rusky mluvící komunity u nás. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum, který se věnuje problematice vzdělávání dětí s ruským mateřským jazykem v mateřských školách. Výsledky popisují adaptaci těchto dětí, jejich začleňování, přístupy zaměstnanců a bariéry ve vzdělávání v jedné české mateřské škole. (in English): The bachelor thesis deals with inclusive education of children with a different mother tongue at kindergarten and is focused on Russian-speaking children as one of considerable minorities in our school system. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part processes basic concepts, theoretical knowledge and documents concerning education of children with a different mother tongue generally. Furthermore, the thesis deals with a basic characteristics of a Russian-speaking community in our country. The practical part contains a qualitative research that deals with an issue of children with Russian mother tongue and their education in kindergarten. The results describe these children's adaptation, their inclusion, employees' attitude and barriers at one Czech kindergarten.
