Abstract

Obsahem práce je případová studie protiteroristických opatření ve Velké Británii a jejich dopady na lidská práva. Práce detailně sleduje vývoj protiteroristických opatření od útocích 11.9.2001 v pochopení přijímání legislativních opatření je používané optika morální paniky, která umocňuje strach možného dalšího útoku. Práce podrobně analyzuje, jak se opatření vyvíjela a jaké mají dopady na lidská práva. Ukazuje se, že ve Velké Británii existuje konsensus o směřování protiteroristických opatření napříč politickým spektrem. Krom konkrétního porušování práv práce ukazuje na soudní spory této věci, které ukazují reálný konflikt s lidskými právy. Protože byla Velká Británie donedávna součástí EU, tak práce příklady z jiných zemí, které přejaly podobnou politiku jako Velká Británie.

To uderstand the adoption of the legislative measures are used the optics of moral panic which intensify the fear of another attacks. The work analyzes in detail how the measures developed and what is their impact on human rights. It Appears there is consensus on the political spectrum about the aim of the counter-terrorism laws. In addition there are showed law suits presenting the real life struggle about the human rights.
