Klima školy v kontextu žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje klimatu školy v kontextu žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem (OMJ) a procesu začleňování žáků s OMJ do školy. Praktická část zkoumá konkrétní pražskou základní školu, kterou navštěvuje velké množství žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem a škola se z tohoto důvodu dlouhodobě věnuje začleňování a vzdělávání žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem. Cílem práce je popsat proces začleňování a sledovat podporu při vzdělávání a adaptaci žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem. Cílem práce je také zjistit, jaká pomoc je pro tyto žáky přínosná, a jaký je pohled pedagogů, rodičů a žáků konkrétní školy na přítomnost žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem ve škole. V empirické části práce jsou použity metody kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu. Metodou rozhovoru byl výzkum prováděn s koordinátorkou žáků s OMJ a vybranými žáky s odlišným mateřským jazykem. Dotazníkové šetření bylo realizováno mezi pedagogy, žáky a rodiči dané školy. Pro rodiče byl dotazník distribuován v českém, čínském a vietnamském jazyce. Na základě výsledků výzkumu byly doporučeny konkrétní návrhy pro danou školu, tzn. jak vhodně podporovat žáky s OMJ při jejich adaptaci a dále návrh plánu jedné třídnické hodiny, která se zaměřuje na zlepšení klimatu školy a vzájemný respekt v kontextu velkého počtu cizinců ve škole. This diploma thesis deals with the school climate in the context of pupils with different mother tongues and the process of integrating pupils with different mother tongues into the school. The practical research examines a specific Prague primary school, which is attended by a large number of pupils with different mother tongues, and the school has therefore long-term been involved in the integration and education of pupils with different mother tongues. The aim of the thesis is to describe the process of integration and to monitor the support in education and adaptation of pupils with different mother tongues. The aim of the thesis is to find out what help is beneficial for these pupils and also to find out what is the view of teachers, parents and pupils of a specific school on the presence of pupils with different mother tongues in the school. The empirical part of the work uses methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The research was conducted using the interview method with the coordinator of pupils with different mother tongues and selected pupils with different mother tongues.
