Řídké kontingenční tabulky

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematiku testování nezávislosti v řídkých kontingenčních tabul- kách. Definuje kontingenční tabulky a popisuje jejich vznik a některé vlastnosti. Dále se zabývá nejčastěji používanými testy nezávislosti a navrhuje testy vhodné pro problém tes- tování nezávislosti v řídkých kontingenčních tabulkách. Testy porovnává pomocí ilustrač- ního příkladu a simulační studie, ve které zkoumá vlastnosti testů pro řídké kontingenční tabulky a porovnává je s často používanými testy. 1

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of independence testing in sparse contingency tables. It defines contingency tables and describes their creation and properties. It pre- sents the most commonly used independence tests and proposes tests suitable for the problem of independence testing in sparse contingency tables. It compares the tests using an illustrative example and a simulation study in which it examines the properties of tests for sparse contingency tables and compares them with frequently used tests. 1
