Faktory ovlivňující ukončení plavecké kariéry dětí sportovních plaveckých tříd

Abstract

Název: Důvody předčasného ukončení sportovní kariéry u žáků plaveckých tříd Cíle práce: Zjištění nejčastějších důvodů ukončení plavecké kariéry žáků plaveckých tříd. Metoda: Dotazníkovou metodou byly zjištěny příčiny předčasného ukončení plavecké kariéry u 45 bývalých žáků sportovních plaveckých tříd. Získané výsledky byly porovnány s dostupnou literaturou. Výsledky: Výzkum zjišťoval změny v příčinách ukončení plavecké kariéry v posledních lOti letech (1997- 2007). Z výzkumu vyplývá, že nejčastějším důvodem ukončení plavecké kariéry plavců plaveckých sportovních tříd je ztráta motivace k plaveckému tréninku a nedostatky v trenérské práci. Title: The Cause ofan Early End ofPupils' Swimming Career The aim of the thesis: Determination ofthe most frequent reasons for an early end ofpupils' swimming career. Method: The reasons for an early end ofpupils' swimming career were discovered by using questionnaires. Forty-five former pupils from special sports elementary schools were questioned and then the data were compared with available literature. Results: Research investigated changes in the most frequent reasons for an early end of swimming career in the last ten years (1997 - 2007). From this research it is clear that the most frequent reasons for an early end of pupils' swimming career are the loss ofmotivation for swim training and insufficient instructional work.
