Vztah techniky a kouzel ve fikčních světech seriálů Miloše Macourka a Václava Vorlíčka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu seriálů Miloše Macourka a Václava Vorlíčka s využitím teorie fikčních světů. Soustředí se na výrazný rys výstavby jejich fikčních světů - dvojdomost. Podrobně analyzuje seriály Arabela, Létající Čestmír a Křeček v noční košili z hlediska rozdělení jejich fikčního světa na přirozenou a nadpřirozenou oblast. Pozornost je upřena na domény techniky a kouzel, jež dané oblasti zastupují, a zkoumány jsou reakce postav na konfrontaci s těmito doménami. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, jak dané domény mohou postavy ovlivnit a jak přijetí domén souvisí s jejich pozicí ve fikčním světě.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of television series by Miloš Macourek and Václav Vorlíček by way of the theory of fictional worlds, emphasising a significant feature of the construction of their fictional worlds - their ambiguity. It analyses in detail the series Arabela, Flying Čestmír and Křeček in nightgown, and the division of their fictional worlds into areas of the natural and the supernatural. The thesis examines the usage of the domains of technology and magic, both the aforementioned areas, as well as the character's reaction to being confronted with these domains. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question of how given domains can influence characters and how their acceptance of domains is related to their position in the fictional world.
