Vztah attachmentové vazby a disociace

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vztahu attachmentu a disociace. V rámci literárně přehledové části jsou představeny oba konstrukty se specifickým zaměřením na aspekty, které se vztahují k tématu práce. Především u dezorganizované vazby, která souvisí s rozvojem disociace, jsou nastíněny příčiny jejího vzniku s důrazem na úlohu primárních pečovatelů v kontextu mezigeneračního přenosu traumatu. Jádro práce pak tvoří popis samotného vztahu attachmentu a disociace. Jsou zde popsány studie, které jej identifikovaly, a dále teorie, které daná zjištění interpretují. Prostor je rovněž věnovaný artikulaci závěrů, které z uvedených poznaků vyplývají pro práci s disociativními klienty. Návrh výzkumu se zaměřuje na vztah attachmentu a disociace u dospělé populace s využitím metod Adult Attachment Interview a Dissociative Experience Scale. The topic of my bachelor thesis is the relation between attachment and disociation. In the theoretical part both concepts are examined with emphasy to link them to each other. The causes that lead to development of disorganized attachment are described from the perspective of integenerational transmission of trauma. The core of my work is based on empirical evidences linking attachment and dissociation. The studies that empiricaly identified this relation are presented together with theories interpreting these data. The work brings also practical therapeutical implications for the treatment of dissociative pacients. The empirical design elaborates the relation between attachment and dissociation among adult population using the Adult Attachment Inteview and Dissociative Experience Scale procedures.
