Možnosti vzdělávání a supervizí pro pracovníky v denních stacionářích pro seniory na území hlavního města Prahy

Abstract

(česky) Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělená na dvě části. První část je teoretická, kde jsem vycházela z odborné literatury. Praktická část je vlastní výzkum. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na odborné informace o sociálních službách obecně a o denních stacionářích. Dále se v ní zabývám cílovou skupinou a jejich specifikách. V poslední části teoretické části popisuji supervizi. Praktická část je rozdělená na tři části. V první části zjišťuji skladbu pracovníků v denních stacionářích pro seniory v Praze. V druhé části výzkumu této práce zjišťuji, zda měla špatná epidemiologická situace vliv na četnost supervizí. Dále zjišťuji, jakou formu supervize mají pracovníci častěji a jaká téma nejčastěji probírají. A zda mají pracovníci důvěru v supervizora. Třetí část výzkumu je zaměřená na vzdělávání pracovníků. Zda si mohou zvolit témata školení a zda pracovníci získané poznatky aplikují do praxe. Jestli mají možnost účastnit se i jiné formy vzdělávání. Zda se témata školení opakují nebo jestli jim nějaké téma chybí. A jaký vliv měla špatná epidemiologická situace v roce 2020 na školení (zda měli dostatek času a jaká je spokojenost s online formou školení).

There are two aspects of this bachelor's thesis. The first section is theoretical, and it is here that I drew on the literature. Own research is the realistic component. The theoretical component of the project focuses on professional knowledge about social services in general and daily center in particular. I often work with the target audience and their unique characteristics. In the final section of the theoretical section, I discuss supervision. The practical part is divided into three parts. In the first part I find out the composition of workers in day hospitals for seniors in Prague. In the second part of the research of this work I find out whether the bad epidemiological had an effect on the frequency of supervision. I also find out what form of supervision employees have more often and what topic they discuss most often. And whether employees have confidence in the supervisor. The third part of the research is focused on the education of employees. Whether they can choose training topics and whether employees apply the acquired knowledge in practice. If they have the opportunity to participate in other forms of education. Whether the topics of the training are repeated or whether they lack a topic.
