Městečko Palermo usíná. Specifika sicilské detektivky s využitím konfrontace a srovnání kriminálních románů Andrey Camilleriho a Leonarda Sciascii

Abstract

Detektivní žánr vznikl už v polovině 19. století, ale nezdá se, že by mu docházel dech. Právě naopak, na literární scéně se objevují stále noví autoři a mnozí z nich dokáží i tolika pravidly svázaný žánr jako je detektivka zajímavě ozvláštnit. Detektivka je také většinou úzce svázána s prostředím, v němž se odehrává. Tato práce si klade za úkol zjistit, zda existují jasná specifika pro sicilskou detektivku. Vybrali jsme si dva autory, jejichž detektivky jsme podrobili podrobnějšímu rozboru. Prvním je Leonardo Sciascia, který rozhodně není typický autor detektivek, ale jeho dva romány II giorno della civetta a A ciascuno il suo vzbudily nejen pozornost kritiků a čtenářů, pokud jde o problémy spojené s mafií, ale jsou i novátorské z hlediska žánru. Druhým nemůže být nikdo jiný než v současnosti asi nejpopulárnější italský spisovatel Andrea Camilleri. Také v jeho případě jsme si zvolili k analýze dva zjeho prvních románů Laforma dell'acqua a II cane di terracotta. Práce je rozdělena na dvě větší části, z nichž ta první je obecnějšího rázu. V její první kapitole krátce načrtáváme historii detektivního žánru ajeho charakteristiku. Detektivka je žánr milovaný i zatracovaný, tak se podíváme na argumenty jejich apologetů i odpůrců. The detective genre originated in the first half of the 19th century and it does not seem to be loosing its pace. On the contrary, new authors have been occurring, bringing new rules and attitudes to the classical formo Detective novel is usually c10sely connected to the settings it describes. The aim ofthis thesis is to find out specific features ofthe Sicilian detective novel. We have chosen two authors and their works for a detailed analysis: Leonardo Sciascia and his novels II giorno della civefta and A ciascuno il suo and Andrea Cami11eri and his La forma dell' acqua and II cane di terracofta. The thesis has two parts. Part one has three chapters: in first chapter we deal with the history of detective novel, the European detective style and the Anglo - Saxon style, or the classical and American detective stories. ln chapter two, we focus on the isle of Sicily, its history and the unique character of its inhabitants and their culture. ln the final chapter, we pay attention to the works of the most famous Sicilian writer Luigi Pirandello e. g.Ilfu Maftia Pascal or Cosi e (se vi pare) , his search for reality, human identity and the relativity ofthe truth, all ofwhich occur in Sicilian detective stories.
