Mapování potřeb klientů chráněného komunitního bydlení BONA o.p.s. a návrh na následnou inovaci poskytovaných služeb

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is based on the experience acquired during my work at the Sheltered Group Housing (SGH hereafter) run by Bona o.p.s from January 2006 to August 2007. Some controversial issues which arouse throughout my practice there were the motives for writing the thesis. The issues were related to ideas whether and to what level the service provided by SGH is sufficient for the needs of people with mental illness. In the theoretical part, there is an outline of history of mental illness and the care provided to the people with this disability from the time it was first mentioned until today. The following parts deal with the contemporary terms of community care and psychiatric rehabilitation and concretization for the assistance in living; assistance in living in the local - Czech - conditions, assistance in living at organization Bona o.p.s. and it ends up with the description of the current situation of the assistance in living at Bona o.p.s. after the changes brought by the Legislative Act on Social Services No. 108. It was my aim to focus on the needs of the clients of SGH Bona o.p.s. Therefore the theoretical part deals with the needs and special needs of the people with mental illnesses and the possibility of their mapping as well. Bakalářská práce vychází z praxe a teorie získané během mé práce v Chráněném skupinovém bydlení (dále CHSB) organizace Bona o.p.s. od ledna 2006 do srpna 2007. Motivy k napsání práce byly dilematické otázky, které vyvstávaly v průběhu praxe. Otázky se týkaly toho, zda a do jaké míry poskytované služby CHSB odpovídají potřebám lidí s duševním onemocněním. V teoretické části práce je nastíněna historie problematiky duševní nemoci a péče poskytované lidem s tímto znevýhodněním od prvotních zmínek po současnost. Následující části se zabývají současnými pojmy komunitní péče a psychiatrické rehabilitace, dále se konkretizují na oblast podpory v bydlení, podpory bydlení v českých podmínkách, v organizaci Bona o.p.s a končí popisem aktuálního stavu služby podpory v bydlení Bona o.p.s. v souvislosti se změnami souvisejícími s účinností zákona č. 108 Sb. o sociálních službách. Protože mým cílem bylo zaměřit se na potřeby klientů CHSB Bona o.p.s., v teoretické části je také zpracována problematika potřeb a specifických potřeb lidí s duševním onemocněním a možnostech jejich mapování. Praktickou částí, výzkumem, se věnuji mapování potřeb uživatelů služeb chráněného skupinového bydlení.
