Ondřej Daniel, Ph.D. Thesis supervisor in Budapest: Dr. Péter Erdősi Budapest and Prague, 2021 Abstrakt a klíčová slova Dlouhá historie a bohaté národní kulturní dědictví učinily z Číny a Francie světově proslulé kulturní mocnosti a položily základy rozvoje jejich kulturního průmyslu. Na rozdíl od mnoha jiných mocností je však model kulturní správy v těchto dvou zemích obecně v rukou státu. Obě země mají dlouhou tradici centralizované administrativy s přímým a rozsáhlým zapojením státu do kulturních záležitostí, vysokými vládními dotacemi na kulturní projekty a aktivity a kulturními výměnami se zahraničím prosazovanými vládními organizacemi s velmi jasným vymezením agendy a cílů, které více připomínají jakousi kulturní diplomacii. Francouzská vláda staví ochranu kulturního dědictví do popředí své kulturní politiky s ohledem na to, že kulturní odvětví jsou spojena s jistým standardem, tradicí a národní soudržností, obrazem národa a jeho kulturní bezpečností atd. However, unlike many powerful countries, the model of cultural governance in these two countries is generally state-led. They have a centralized administrative tradition, with direct and extensive state involvement in cultural affairs, and cultural exchanges with foreign countries promoted by governmental organizations, which is more like a kind of cultural diplomacy.
