Automatizace podnikových administrativních procesů v kontextu RPA a průmyslu 4.0

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je koncept automatizace podnikových administrativních procesů v kontextu RPA a průmyslu 4.0 se zaměřením na podnikové informační systémy. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s tématem této práce, jako je informační společnost, digitalizace a automatizace. Hlavním těžištěm této části je analýza aktuálních trendů a dostupných možností automatizace podnikových procesů. Pro analýzu trendů byla provedena systematická rešerše, jejímž cílem bylo prozkoumat současný stav poznání k tématu průmyslu 4.0 se zaměřením na trendy, budoucí vývoj a další možná směřování tohoto konceptu, zejména v oblasti digitalizace a automatizace administrativních podnikových procesů. Cílem práce je navrhnout řešení automatizace vybraných administrativních procesů za využití RPA softwaru Integromat ve spojení s interním podnikovým informačním systémem ve společnosti ANTEE s.r.o. Návrh řešení automatizace se odvíjí od provedené analýzy současného stavu procesů (AS-IS) a dále nastiňuje možné způsoby využití Integromatu pro jejich automatizaci (TO-BE stav), přičemž také zohledňuje nezbytné předpoklady pro správné fungování automatizovaného řešení.

The diploma thesis deals with the concept of automation of business administrative processes in the context of robotic process automation (RPA) and industry 4.0 with a focus on business information systems. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic concepts related to the topic of this thesis, such as the information society, digitization and automation. An essential part is the analysis of current trends and possibilities of business process automation. To analyze these trends, a systematic literature review was conducted, the aim of which was to examine the current state of knowledge on the topic of industry 4.0 with a focus on current trends, future developments and other possible directions of this concept, especially in digitization and business administrative process automation. The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a solution for automation of selected administrative processes using RPA software Integromat in conjunction with the internal corporate business information system in the company ANTEE s.r.o.
