Změny v prožívání jáství u deprese a poruch schizofrenního okruhu

Abstract

Změny v prožívání jáství jsou v české literatuře poměrně opomíjeným tématem. Tato diplomová práce se proto zabývá touto problematikou se zaměřením na unipolární depresi a poruchy schizofrenního okruhu. Je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části jsou v jednotlivých kapitolách shrnuty nejdůležitější informace o schizofrenii, o některých dalších poruchách schizofrenního okruhu, které se následně vyskytují ve výzkumném vzorku této práce, a o depresi. Jsou popsány symptomatologie, diagnostika, epidemiologie, etiopatogeneze a léčba těchto nemocí. Dále je představeno téma změn v prožívání jáství a dva hlavní fenomenologicky orientované teoretické přístupy k tomuto fenoménu. Poté jsou nastíněny konkrétní projevy změn v prožívání jáství u poruch schizofrenního okruhu a u deprese. V závěrečné kapitole teoretické části je podán stručný výčet nejznámějších metod, které se zaměřují na zkoumání změn v prožívání jáství. Výzkum této diplomové práce obsahuje dvě části. První z nich si klade za cíl srovnat změny v prožívání jáství u poruch schizofrenního okruhu a u deprese. Za tímto účelem byla použita nově vyvíjená Škála narušení jáství. Celkem se prezentovaného výzkumu zúčastnilo 49 pacientů s poruchou schizofrenního okruhu, 50 pacientů s unipolární depresí a 44 zdravých jedinců. Z...

Alterations in self-experience is a relatively omitted topic in czech literature. For that reason, the following diploma thesis deals with this issue, in relation to unipolar depression and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part of the research. Each chapter of the theoretical part summarizes the crucial information about schizophrenia and other disorders from schizophrenia spectrum that later appears in the research sample - as well as depression. The chapter describes symptomatology, diagnostics, epidemiology, etiopathogenesis and the treatment of the abovementioned disorders. Hereafter, the subject of alterations in self-experience is introduced and the two main phenomenologically oriented approaches to this phenomena. After that, the concrete manifestations of alterations in self-experience in schizophrenic disorders and depression are outlined. The concluding chapter of the theoretical part provides a brief account of the most famous methods in the research that focuses on alterations in self-experience.
