Abstract

Mezinárodní obchod s léčivy Abstrakt Cílem této práce je analyzovat mezinárodní obchod s humánními léčivy. Tato práce se zabývá obecnými otázkami diagonálních vztahů mezi státy a soukromými zahraničními farmaceutickými společnostmi, protože existuje příliš mnoho specifických problémů. Autor se také zaměřuje na otázky týkající se smluvních vztahů mnoha zúčastněných stran. Existuje mnoho příležitostí k zahájení nových směrů ve výzkumu inovativních léků a personalizované medicíny ale pro generický farmaceutický trh také existují nebezpečné situace. Pouze komplexní znalosti a pochopení těchto vztahů umožní efektivní rozvoj nových cest k řešení problémů. Hypotézou této práce je koncepce efektivnosti dobrých vztahů ke stabilní distribuci farmaceutických výrobků. Existuje mnoho aspektů vztahů mezi zúčastněnými stranami s možností ovlivnění konečného přínosu z podnikání. Problémy vyplývají z odlišného zájmu, síly nebo slabosti zúčastněných stran. V podstatě je tato práce rozdělena do tří částí. S ohledem na naše členství v Evropské unii bylo nejprve nutné provést analýzu některých právních předpisů Evropské unie, které přímo souvisejí s mezinárodním obchodním právem, a ukázat kritické body mezinárodního obchodu s lidskými léčivy. International trade in pharmaceuticals Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to provide an analysis of the human pharmaceuticals international trade. This work examines the general questions of the diagonal relationships between states and private foreign pharmaceutical companies because there are a lot of many specific problems too. The author also focuses on questions concerning the contractual relationships of many stakeholders. There are many opportunities to beginning new directions in research innovative medicines and personalized medicine, but there are dangerous situations for the generic pharmaceutical market. Only a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of these relationships are efficient to develop new pathways to solving problems.
