Autor: Zuzana Krausová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat problematiku diagnózy ankylozující spondylitida a na základě teoretických podkladů vypracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s tímto onemocněním. Metody: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí - obecné a speciální. Obecná část zahrnuje informace o anatomii a kineziologii páteře, oboru revmatologie, spondylartritidách a ankylozující spondylitidě. Tyto informace byly převzaty z odborných publikací a jsou odcitovány dle platné citační normy. Všechny citované zdroje jsou k dohledání v kapitole s názvem - Seznam použité literatury. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s onemocněním ankylozující spondylitida. Tato část bakalářské práce obsahuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, detailní popis jednotlivých terapií a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Výsledky fyzioterapeutické péče vyplývají z porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v kapitole s názvem - Zhodnocení efektu terapie. V průběhu terapií došlo především ke zmírnění bolestí, korekci stoje a zvětšení rozsahu pohybu v páteři. Provedená terapie měla na celkový stav pacientky příznivý...

Author: Zuzana Krausová Title: Case report of physiotherapeutical care for a patient with diagnosis of ankylosial spondylitis Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis and on the basis of theoretical background to develop a case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with this disease. Methodes: The bachelor thesis consists of two parts - general and special. The general part includes information on the anatomy and kinesiology of the spine, the field of rheumatology, spondylarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. This information was taken from professional publications and is cited in compliance with the valid citation standard. All cited sources can be found in the chapter entitled - List of used literature. The special part is processed in the form of a case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with ankylosing spondylitis. This part of the bachelor thesis contains input and output kinesiological analysis, detailed description of individual therapies and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The results of physiotherapeutic care result from the comparison of input and output kinesiological analysis.
