Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s MODS a onemocněním Covid-19 v anamnéze Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou akutní a postakutní fyzioterapeutické péče u pacientů hospitalizovaných na ARO a JIP. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vypracování konkrétní kazuistiky a poskytnutí teoretických východisek pro diagnózy a fyzioterapeutické postupy vztahující se k dané kazuistice. Dalším záměrem bylo stručně shrnout aktuální dostupné poznatky o onemocnění Covid-19, post- Covidovém syndromu a zároveň poukázat na významnost této problematiky i ve fyzioterapeutické praxi. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První dvě kapitoly jsou teoretické a zaměřují se na bližší charakteristiku vybraných diagnóz a možné terapeutické intervence. Jedná se především o syndrom systémové zánětové odpovědi, sepsi, septický šok, syndrom mnohočetné orgánové dysfunkce, syndrom akutní dechové tísně a post-Covid syndrom. V rámci fyzioterapeutických přístupů jsou představeny vybrané metody plicní rehabilitace, respirační fyzioterapie a aktuální doporučené rehabilitační postupy u pacientů s post-Covid syndromem. Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of patient with MODS and Covid-19 in case history Abstract This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of acute and postacute physiotherapeutic care in patients hospitalized in the ICU. The primary aim of the thesis was to conduct the specific case study and provide theoretical basis for diagnoses and physiotherapeutic interventions related to the given case study. Secondary objective was to briefly summarise the current available knowledge about Covid-19, post-Covid syndrome and highlight the importance of this issue in physiotherapeutic practice. This report is divided into three main parts. The first two chapters are theoretical. They focus on detailed descriptions of selected diagnoses and possible therapeutic interventions. These include systemic inflammatory response syndrome, sepsis, septic shock, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, acute respiratory distress syndrome and post-Covid syndrome. Within the physiotherapeutic approaches, selected methods of pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy and current recommended rehabilitation procedures for patients with post-Covid syndrome are presented.
