Pohled na Písmo a hermeneutická východiska pro jeho výklad v různých křesťanských tradicích

Abstract

Disertace Matouše Holeky zkoumá rozmanité vykladačské metody Písma, na nichž se podílejí teologové z římskokatolické, pravoslavné a protestantské tradice. Jejich způsoby interpretace se nejvýrazněji projevují ve vztahu Písma a tradice, v historicko-kritické metodě a v politicko- kulturním čtení biblických textů. Tato témata pak v disertaci představují různé způsoby společného kritického čtení, kterým je vedle historicko-kritické metody také předkritická a ideologická kritika. Rozmanitost čtení disertace ozřejmuje nejprve na dokumentech Světové rady církví. Ukazuje, že rozdílný pohled na Písmo již dnes není příliš spojen s pohledem jednotlivých tradic, ale že ke společným/rozdílným čtením dochází spíše napříč nimi. Křesťané v rámci tradic také odkazují na své vlastní zdroje, u římských katolíků se jedná o církevní dokumenty, u pravoslavných o církevní otce a u protestantů o konfese. Jejich recepce ale v každé tradici zase potvrzuje rozmanitost. Stejně je tomu u teologické interpretace Písma, obracející se k minulým interpretacím a jejich regulaci, a u teologie osvobození a postkoloniální teologie, pro které je důležitá konkrétní situace každého čtenáře a které podporují neomezené výklady. Matouš Holeka's dissertation examines various interpretation methods of the Scriptures by theologians in the Roman-Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant traditions. These interpretation methods can be most clearly identified in the relationship between the Scriptures and tradition, in historical-critical methodology, and in political-cultural readings of the biblical texts. In this dissertation, these themes are shown as representing different ways of common critical reading of the sacred texts. As well as the historical-critical approach, there are also pre-critical and ideological readings. The dissertation starts by looking at this diversity in documents of the World Council of Churches. It shows that the differences in understanding the Scriptures are no longer connected primarily to the specific views of the respective traditions, but rather that similarities or differences in readings across churches. Christians within these traditions refer to their own sources: in the case of the Roman-Catholics to Church documents, in the case of the Orthodox to the Church Fathers and as far as Protestants are concerned, to the Confessions.
