Spokojnosť zdravotníckych pracovníkov s ich mzdovým ohodnotením vo vybranej nemocnici na Slovensku

Abstract

Anotácia Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá spokojnosťou zdravotníckych pracovníkov vybraného oddelenia nemocnice na Slovensku s ich mzdovým ohodnotením. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zistiť mieru spokojnosti zdravotníkov so svojim mzdovým ohodnotením a zistiť najvýznamnejšie faktory pracovnej spokojnosti zdravotníkov. Autor v teoretickej časti práce prezentuje zdravotnú politiku v odbornom kontexte, stručné ciele a aktérov zdravotnej politiky a slovenskú zdravotnú politiku v kontexte verejných politík. Následne predstavuje právne formy nemocníc na Slovensku podľa platnej legislatívy. Ďalej autor predstavuje spôsoby financovania zdravotníctva a financovanie zdravotníctva priamo na Slovensku. V praktickej časti práce sa autor sústredí na mzdové ohodnotenie zdravotníckych pracovníkov a opatrenia vlád Slovenskej republiky v období 2010 - 2020 v kontexte mzdového ohodnotenia zdravotníkov. V ďalšej časti práce autor stručne predstavuje objekt skúmania a samotný výskum, realizovaný pomocou dotazníkového šetrenia. Autor následne predstavuje hlavné zistenia výskumu a odpovedá na položené výskumné otázky. Na konci bakalárskej práce autor diskutuje o problematike mzdového ohodnotenia zdravotníkov na Slovensku a výsledkoch výskumu, a zároveň prezentuje teoretický i praktický význam práce.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the satisfaction of healthcare workers of a selected department in a hospital in Slovakia with their salary. The main goal of this work is to determine the degree of satisfaction of health professionals with their salary and to find the most important factors of their job satisfaction. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the author presents health policy, its goals and actors and Slovak health policy in the context of public policy. Subsequently, this work presents the legal forms of hospitals in Slovakia according to valid legislation. Furthermore, the author presents the methods of health care financing and health care financing directly in Slovakia. In the practical part of the work, the author focuses on the salary evaluation of health workers and measures of the governments of the Slovak Republic in the period 2010 - 2020 in the context of salary evaluation of health professionals. In the next part of the work, the author briefly presents the object of research and the research itself, carried out using a questionnaire survey. The author then presents the main findings of the research and answers the research questions.
