Odhad normativních hodnot pro test sémantické verbální fluence u seniorů nad 50 let

Abstract

Název: Odhad normativních hodnot pro test sémantické verbální fluence u seniorů nad 50 let Cíl: Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit normativní hodnoty pro test sémantické verbální fluence (kategorie zvířat) u seniorů nad 50 let v závislosti na dosažené úrovni vzdělání. Metody: Diplomová práce je koncipována jako průřezová studie. Všechna data byla získána z mezinárodního projektu Survey of Health Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE). Byly vytvořeny deskriptivní statistiky respondentů s kalkulovanými průměry a standardní odchylkou pro průběžné proměnné a procentuální zastoupení pro kategorické proměnné. Pro data respondentů rozdělených do vzdělávacích stupňů podle ISCED - 97 a pro každou zemi zvlášť byl spočítán medián a mezikvartální rozpětí pro věk a test sémantické verbální fluence (kategorie zvířat), a dále byly spočítány percentily (2., 7. a 16.) jako cut-off skóre. Výsledky: Do výzkumu byla použita data celkem 64 242 respondentů o průměrném věku 66,4 let se zastoupením žen 55,8 %. Všichni testovaní byli starší 50 let a pocházeli z 20 evropských zemí. Z grafů a tabulek je patrné, že hodnoty v cut-off skórech všech percentilů se lineárně zvyšují se vzrůstající úrovní vzdělání. Zároveň platí, že výkonnost v testu se postupně snižuje s věkem. Title: Estimation of normative values for the semantic verbal fluency test in older adults over 50 Objective: The aim of the diploma thesis was to create normative values for the semantic verbal fluency test (animal category) for older adults over 50 years, depending on the level of education achieved. Methods: The diploma thesis is constructed as a cross-sectional study. All data were obtained from the international project Survey of Health Aging and Retirement in Europe (SHARE). The descriptive statistics of participants were produced with calculated means and standard deviation for continuous variables and percentage for categorical variables. The median and interquartile range for age and semantic verbal fluency test (animal category), and 2nd , 7th , and 16th percentile as the cut-off points for verbal fluency test (animal category) were calculated for participants divided into ISCED - 97 education levels and for each country separately. Results: Data from 64,242 participants aged 66.4 were analyzed, and the female ratio was 55.8 %. All respondents were older adults over 50 years old from 20 European countries.
