Teoretická část zahrnuje anatomii a fyziologii prsní žlázy, rozdělení a popsání karcinomů. Dále jsme popsali TNM klasifikaci, klinické příznaky, diagnostiku, léčbu, ošetřovatelskou péči a rizikové faktory. V další části byli zmíněny prevence, adolescence, zdravotní gramotnost adolescentů, problematiku edukace. Empirická část je tvořena kvantitativním dotazníkovým šetřením. Otázky se týkaly samovyšetření, návštěv u lékaře, rizikových faktoru a způsobů sdělování těchto informací. Data byla porovnána s některými předchozími výzkumy. Na základě výsledků výzkumu byl vypracován edukační materiál.

The theoretical part includes the anatomy and physiology of the breast, the division and description of cancers. We also described the TNM classification, clinical symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, nursing care and risk factors. In the next part, prevention, adolescence, health literacy of adolescents, issues of education were mentioned. The empirical part consists of a quantitative questionnaire survey. The questions concerned self-examination, doctor's visits, risk factors and ways of communicating this information. The data were compared with some previous surveys. Based on the research results, an educational material was prepared.
