Subjektivní postoje osob se sluchovým postižením k vadě vzniklé prelingválně a postlingválně

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá subjektivními postoji osob se sluchovým postižením k vadě vzniklé prelingválně a postlingválně. V teoretické části jsou popsány vady sluchu, jejich typy a stupně. Dále je zde popsána speciálně pedagogická péče, která mimo jiné zahrnuje také logopedickou intervenci či možnosti využívání kompenzačních pomůcek. Následuje popis psychologických aspektů týkajících se prelingválního a postlingválního sluchového postižení. Cílem této práce je zjistit a popsat osobní poznatky a dojmy lidí se sluchovou vadou, jakožto i osobní dojmy a pocity v kontextu komunikace a přístupu majoritní společnosti k této skupině osob, a dále zjistit, jaké problematické oblasti vnímají lidé se sluchovým postižením ve vztahu s majoritní populací v České republice. V praktické části byl v rámci kvalitativního výzkumného šetření zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor a jako výzkumný vzorek byli zvoleni čtyři informanti s prelingvální a postlingvální nedoslýchavostí ve věku 20 - 40 let. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynula problematika komunikace s rouškami kvůli situaci spojené s pandemií Covid-19. This bachelor's thesis deals with the subjective attitudes of persons with hearing impairment towards defects originating prelingually and postlingually. The theoretical part describes hearing defects, their types, and degrees. Furthermore describes special pedagogical care, which, among others, also includes speech therapy intervention or the possibility of using compensatory aids. The following is a description of the psychological aspects of prelingual and postlingual hearing impairment. This work aims to identify and describe personal experience and impressions of people with hearing impairment, as well as personal impressions and feelings in the context of communication and the majority society's approach towards this group of people, and to find out what problem areas people with hearing impairment perceive in the relationship with the majority population in the Czech Republic.
