Abstract

- XIII - Prvky ochrany životního prostředí v rámci procesu povolování těžby vyhrazených nerostů Abstrakt V této práci provádím rozbor horního práva včetně některých souvisejících institutů práva životního prostředí. Cílem této práce je identifikovat prvky právní ochrany životního prostředí v procesu povolování těžby vyhrazených nerostů. Na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhuji také řešení nedostatků předmětné právní úpravy. Klíčová slova: horní právo, právo ochrany životního prostředí, vyhrazené nerosty.

- XIV - Aspects of the environment protection within the process of exploitation of the exclusive minerals Abstract My diploma thesis addresses the question how the aspect of the environment protection is reflected in the mineral exploitation authorisation process. This study is focussed on the analysis of the mining law system. Based on the findings the modification of the relevant legislation is presented in order to emphasise the environmental dimension.
