Abstract

Tato rigorózní práce "Vývoj a implementace informačních systémů - autorskoprávní a související aspekty" se, jak již indikuje její název, zaměřuje na aspekty z hlediska autorského práva a práv souvisejících, které jsou relevantní při projektech vývoje a implementací informačních systémů. Po první kapitole, úvodu, následuje druhá kapitola, v níž autor vymezuje ústřední pojem této práce, a to informační systém, jakož i další pojmy, kterých se v této práci používá a nelze se spoléhat na legální definice. Největší pozornost je v této práci věnována počítačovým programům, zmíněny jsou však i ostatní části informačních systémů (zejména databáze, grafické uživatelské rozhraní a další prvky). Dále navazuje kapitola třetí, v níž jsou postupně vymezeny nejpodstatnější součásti informačních systémů a způsob jejich ochrany v právním řádu. Jedna z podkapitol je též věnována problematice forem vyjádření počítačového programu, jakožto stěžejní část informačního systému, omezením práva autora, jakož i databázím. Práce též nabízí úvahy ohledně autorskoprávních dopadů v případě využití moderní technologie strojového učení. Development and implementation of information systems - copyright and related aspects Abstract This thesis "Development and implementation of information systems - copyright and related aspects" as indicated in its title focuses on copyright and related aspects which are relevant in information systems development and implementation projects. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. After the first chapter which is an introduction the second chapter follows in which the author provides the main definition of this thesis - information system as well as other terms which this thesis utilizes and legal definitions cannot be relied upon. Computer programs are focused on the most in this thesis but other parts of information systems are mentioned as well (particularly databases, graphic user interface and other parts). Chapter three follows with definitions of the most important parts of information systems and means of their protection by the law. One of the subchapters is dedicated to the topic of forms of computer program as the key part of an information system, limitations of author's rights as well as databases.
