Historický vývoj anesteziologické sestry

Abstract

Rychlý vývoj oboru intenzivní medicíny s velkým množstvím odborných informací si vyžaduje dostatečně vzdělané sestry specialistky v oboru. Anesteziologická sestra je sestra pracující v intenzivní péči se zaměřením na péči v anesteziologii. Poskytuje vysoce specializovanou ošetřovatelskou péči pacientům při přípravě, průběhu a bezprostředně po ukončení celkové a místní anestezie. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje vývoji anesteziologie a resuscitace. Dále se zaměřuje na vzdělávání sester. Vzdělávání sester je zmíněno od historických počátků až do současnosti. Zahrnuje také nové požadavky na vzdělání nelékařského zdravotnického personálu a platnou legislativu, ze které vycházejí. Zmíněno je i specializační vzdělávání pro intenzivní péči. Další kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na kompetence sester v anesteziologii a intenzivní péči. Praktická část zahrnuje rozhovory, které jsem vedla se šesti sestrami. Tři rozhovory byly vedeny s pamětnicemi počátků anesteziologie jako samostatného oboru. Byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, studiem dokumentů, analýzou primárních pramenů archivních zdrojů MZ, NLK, ÚVN, legislativy, dobových periodik, odborných knih a článků. The rapid development of the intensive care medicine with a large amount of highly specific information requires sufficiently educated nurses in the field. A nurse anesthetist is a nurse working in intensive care with a focus on anesthesiology. She provides highly specialized nursing care to patients during the course of general or local anesthesia. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the development of anesthesiology and intensive care medicine. It also focuses on the education of nurses. The education of nurses is summarised from historical beginnings to the present time. This part also includes new requirements for the education of non-medical medical staff and the current supporting legislation. Higher education for intensive care is also mentioned. The next chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the competencies of nurses in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine. The practical part includes interviews with six nurses. Three interviews were conducted with nurses that witnessed the beginnings of the field of anesthesiology as we know it nowadays.
