Možnosti uplatnění pracovníků přímé péče v denních stacionářích ve vybraném regionu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi uplatnění pracovníků přímé péče v denních stacionářích. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část poskytuje primární vhled do systému sociálních služeb se specifikací denních stacionářů jako služeb sociální péče dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách. Dále pojednává o spektru profesí, které se mohou uplatnit v denních stacionářích na základě právního systému České republiky. V praktické části je předložen kvantitativní výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit možnosti uplatnění pracovníků přímé péče v denních stacionářích ve vybraném regionu, kterým je kraj hlavní město Praha. Výzkum sleduje profesní proporcionalitu multidisciplinárních týmů s ohledem na úroveň a obor vzdělání a participaci pracovníků na činnostech realizovaných v denních stacionářích. Na základě výsledků výzkumu je v závěru práce navrženo doporučení pro praxi. Je zde představena ukázka práce s využitím metody inscenační a uplatněním principů zážitkového učení. Záměrem ukázky je rozvoj funkční komunikace a nácvik navazování sociálních kontaktů pro klienty s poruchou autistického spektra. Motivací pro činnosti je kniha Daisy Mrázkové Haló, Jácíčku.

This master's thesis deals with the possibilities of employment of direct care workers in day care centers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part provides a primary insight into the system of social services with the specification of day care centers as social care services according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On social services. It also discusses the range of professions that can be employed in day care centers based on the Czech Republic's legal system. The practical part presents quantitative research which had an aim to find out the possibilities of employment of direct care workers in day care centers in a selected region, the capital city of the Prague region. The research monitors the professional proportionality of multidisciplinary teams concerning the level and field of education and employee participation in activities carried out in day care centers. Based on the research results, the last part of the work proposes recommendations for practices. There is a demonstration of work using the staging method and applying the principles of experiential learning. The demonstration's intention is the development of functional communication and the practice of establishing social contacts for clients with an autism spectrum disorder.
