Abstract

Název: Kazuistika orto-protetické péče o pacienta s diagnózou amputace bérce Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je popsat amputaci a možnosti řešení. Dále shrnout jak teore- tické, tak i praktické poznatky z hlediska výroby pomůcky a zpracovat kazuistiku pacienta s amputací. Metody: Práce se skládá z několika částí - obecné části a části speciální. Obecná část zahrnuje teoretické poznatky, které se vztahují k problematice amputací. Speciální část se vztahuje ke kazuistice pacienta s diagnozou podkolenní amputace neboli bércové amputace a obsahuje téma výroby pomůcky. Výsledky: Bakalářská práce byla zpracovaná v období několika týdnů v zázemí technického nestátního zařízení Ortotechnika s.r.o. Vyrobená protéza přispěla k navrácení pacienta do běžného života. Title: Case study of ortho-prothetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of trantibial amputation. Objectives: The main aim of this work is to describe amputation and possibilities of solu- tion. Further summarize how the theoretical as well as practical knowledge from the point of view of the production of aids and a case study of a patient with amputation. Methods: The thesis consists of several parts - the general part and the special part. General part includes theoretical knowledge related to amputation. Special part relates to a case study of a patient diagnosed with transtibial amputation and contains a theme of utility production. Results: The bachelor thesis was processed in the period of several weeks in the techni- cal background non-state institution Ortotechnika s.r.o.
