Faktory ovlivňující prostorové aspekty distribučních strategií pivovarů Královéhradeckého kraje

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá regiony působnosti průmyslových pivovarů Královehradeckého kraje, což je téma, které je doposud studováno poměrně málo. Každý pivovar má svůj areál působnosti, ve kterém jsou distribuovány produkty daného pivovaru. Regiony působnosti jsou v práci popsány na základě zpracování dostupných kvantitativních dat, kdy jsou areály působnosti pivovarů zkoumány na základě výskytu restauračních zařízení nabízejících danou značku piva. Dále práce cílí na zjištění faktorů, které dané areály formují. Tyto faktory jsou v práci zkoumány na základě dotazníků s čelními představiteli pivovarů a dále dalších zdrojů, odkud lze informace o zkoumaných pivovarech čerpat. Prostorové areály a strategie šíření jsou u námi zkoumaných regionálních pivovarů ovlivňovány zejména strukturou výroby a přirozeným tvarem regionů, kde se zkoumaný pivovar nachází.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the distribution regions of industrial breweries in the Hradec Králové region. The focus of the thesis is relevant mainly due to the fact that breweries are not studied in this way. Each brewery has its own area of operation, in which its products are distributed. The distribution regions are described in the work on the basis of the processing of available quantitative data, where the distribution areas of the breweries are examined on the basis of the occurrence of their beer brands in restaurant facilities. Furthermore, the work aims to identify the factors that shape the distribution areas. These factors are examined in the thesis on the basis of questionnaires with leading representatives of the breweries and other sources providing information about the analysed breweries. Results show that spatial areas and distribution strategies in the analysed breweries are influenced mainly by the structure of production and the shape of regions where the research brewery is located.
