Kognitivní deficit u depresívních pacientů v remisi

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo hloubji porozumt zp·sobu fungování kognice u jedinc· s unipol ární depresivní poruchou v remisi. Nejprve jsme uvedli nkteré výzkumy týkající se kognitivních funkcí u depresivních jedinc· v r·zné fázi jejich onemocnní, tato ást nám posléze slouila jako teoretické zázemí k vlastnímu zkoumání. S vyuitím kvalitativní metodiky jsme se pokusili zmapovat oblast kognice u nkolika respondent· s unipolární depresivní poruchou v anamnéze. Ná výzkum sestával z hloubkového polostrukturovaného rozhovoru celkem s esti respondenty, z nich pt naplnilo kritéria pro zařazení do vzorku - jednalo se o pacienty Psychiatrického centra Praha, s unipolární depresivní poruchou dle MKN 10 v anamnéze, kteří v dob rozhovoru nebyli hospitalizováni a nacházeli se v remisi (tj. skór MADRS byl u nich mení ne 12). Vytvořili jsme návod k rozhovoru, který se skládal z 9 klíových okruh· týkajících se hlavních oblastí kognitivních funkcí. Zajímalo nás, jak respondenti vnímají úroveň svých kognitivních funkcí v porovnání s obdobím před nástupem deprese. Dále jsme administrovali hodnotící kálu pro posouzení aktuální nálady MADRS. The aim of this study is deeper understanding of cognition in people with unipolar depressive disorder in remission. First, we introduce relevant research on the cognitive functions of depressive patients in various periods of their illness and we employ this part as a theoretic background of our study. Using qualitative methodology we try to map the cognition in several patients su ering from the unipolar depressive disorder. Our research consist of in depth semi structured interview from six informants, from which ve had passed the criteria for enlistment in the sample informants are patients of Psychiatrické centrum Praha (PCP), su ering from the unipolar depressive disorder according to MKN 10, which in the time of the interviews were not hospitalized and were in remission (scored less then 12 on the MADRS scale). We created an outline of an interview consisting of 9 key areas concerning the main cognitive functions. We were interested in the self-perception of the level of the cognitive functions in comparison with the period before the onset of the depression. Futher, subjects were administered the MADRS scale.
