Sociální služby v oblasti bydlení pro osoby s autismem v ČR

Abstract

Rigorózní práce "Služby v oblasti bydlení pro dospělé osoby s autismem v ČR" se věnuje problematice dostupnosti sociální služby chráněného bydlení pro dospělé osoby s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS) v jednotlivých krajích ČR. Jejím výstupem je popis dostupných a plánovaných služeb formou chráněného bydlení pro osoby s PAS a schematicky zpracovaný model pro tvorbu nových pobytových služeb komunitního typu na našem území. Za posledních 20 let se v České republice zlepšuje informovanost a zároveň dochází ke zpřesňování diagnostiky této poruchy, což má logický vliv na významný nárůst této specifické cílové skupiny. Dílčím cílem práce je tedy zjistit počty osob s PAS ve věkové skupině dospívajících a mladých dospělých. Následně je cílem reflektovat připravenost státu v oblasti naplňování práv osob s poruchou autistického spektra na dostupné a vhodné bydlení.

OVERVIEW This thesis entitled "Social Services in the Field of Housing of Adult Sufferers of Autism in the Czech Republic" examines the issue of availability of the social service of sheltered housing for adults with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the individual regions of the Czech Republic. The result is a description of the available and planned services in the form of sheltered housing for people with ASD, as well as a schematic model for creation of new housing services of community type in our territory. Over the last twenty years, people in the Czech Republic have been growing better informed, and at the same time, the diagnosing of this disorder has become more exact. That has logically influenced the significant growth of this specific target group. Another goal of this thesis therefore is to determine the number of people with ASD in the age group of adolescents and young adults. Additional goal is to reflect on the state's preparedness in the area of fulfilling the rights of people with autism spectrum disorder to be provided available and appropriate housing.
