Indonésané v Československu: zvláštní případ politické emigrace ovlivněné indonéskou tragédií z let 1965-1966

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the situation and status of the Indonesian citizens, who have lived in the Czech Republic since the 1960s. This thesis provides a summary of research based on available literature, historical context and extensive field research based on interviews with Indonesians. The aim of the research is firstly to discover the motivation of Indonesians for living in Central Europe, and latterly to examine their reasons for keeping, not just their mutual contact in Czechoslovakia, but also with their families back home. The topic focuses on one particular case of a small group of former Indonesian students. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the contemporary political events and situation in Czechoslovakia, given the predominance of the Eastern Bloc. This is related to the establishment of the November 17 University. Following part is devoted to the political events in Indonesia during the 1950s and the 1960s, primarily involving presidents Sukarno and Suharto. The final part of the thesis contains the practical part of the work, the analysis of the data from the interviews with the Indonesians, that have lived in the Czech Republic for more than sixty years. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat situaci a postavení občanů Indonésie, kteří od šedesátých let minulého století trvale žijí na území České republiky, a přinést shrnutí poznatků na základě dostupné literatury, historických souvislostí, a především na základě terénního výzkumu opřeného o rozhovory s Indonésany. Dále se snaží zjistit jejich motivaci pro život ve střední Evropě, zkoumá, jak udržují vzájemné kontakty mezi sebou v nové domovině, ale i s rodinou v Indonésii. Práce je zaměřena na zvláštní případ úzké skupiny bývalých indonéských studentů. Úvodní část se zabývá politickými událostmi a poměry v Československu, danými jeho příslušností k Východnímu bloku. S tím souvisí i vznik Univerzity 17. listopadu. Další část je věnována politickým událostem v Indonésii během padesátých a šedesátých let, především pak prezidentům Sukarnovi a Suhartovi. Na závěr je představena praktická část, interpretace a analýzy dat získaných z rozhovorů s Indonésany, kteří v České republice žijí více než šedesát let. Práce přinesla nové zjištění z hlediska typologie migračních procesů, dočasný studijní pobyt se změnil na vyhnanství a posléze na trvalou celoživotní emigraci. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
