Vzdělávání žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis entitled "Education of pupils with different mother tongue" aims to describe and characterize how pupils with different mother tongues receive support and what families are facing in terms of their education and inclusion. This work is divided into two parts: the theoretical part presents technical knowledge addressing this issue, by defining basic terms, reviewing current legislation and rights of pupils with different mother tongue and it clarifies the current view of their support. This part deals also with aspects that influence the integration and the success at school of these pupils. Among other things, it deals with the principles of working with pupils with a different mother tongue and introduces to readers the organizations that offer support to pupils and their families. The empirical part of this thesis, on the other hand, is performed based on four studied cases, which map the issue of education of pupils with different mother tongue from the perspective of the whole family. The research was carried out using basic qualitative techniques - semi- structured interviews. Based on theoretical and practical knowledge, the author summarizes her view of the issue. Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Vzdělávání žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem" je popsat a charakterizovat, jakými způsoby žáci s odlišným mateřským jazykem získávají podporu a s čím se potýkají rodiny v souvislosti s jejich vzděláváním a začleňováním. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretická část prezentuje odborné poznatky týkající se této problematiky. Věnuje se vymezení základních pojmů, zachycuje aktuální legislativu a práva žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem a objasňuje současný pohled na jejich podporu. Práce se zabývá také aspekty, které ovlivňují integraci a školní úspěšnost těchto žáků. Mimo jiné se věnuje zásadám práce s žáky s odlišným mateřským jazykem a seznamuje čtenáře s organizacemi, které nabízejí žákům i jejich rodinám podporu. Druhá (empirická) část práce je zpracována formou čtyř případových studií, které mapují problematiku vzdělávání žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem z pohledu celé rodiny. Výzkum byl zrealizován pomocí základní kvalitativní techniky - polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Na základě teoretických a praktických poznatků autorka shrnuje svůj pohled na problematiku. Mezi hlavní zjištění výzkumu patří, že se žák s odlišným mateřským jazykem mnohdy ve škole potýká kvůli jazykové bariéře s posměšky a neschopností navazovat vztahy.
