Stellung des 'Gruppengenitivs' im deutschen Sprachsystem anhand der Untersuchung von ausgewählten Paarformeln

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the position of the group genitive in German language system. The group genitive is a well-known phenomenon in English and in Scandinavian languages. The subject of analysis are word pairs which consist of two nouns, for example Grund und Boden, Sturm und Drang, Fleisch und Blut and more. It is being researched, how often does the genitive ending -s attach to the end of the word pair, to the second noun then. The aim of the thesis is to prove the existence of the group genitive flection in the German language. The word pairs are analysed by means of German grammars and German reference corpus DeReKo.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením skupinového genitivu v německém jazykovém systému. Skupinový genitiv představuje známý fenomén v angličtině a ve skandinávských jazycích. Předmětem výzkumu jsou ze dvou podstatných jmen skládající se slovní páry, jako například Grund und Boden, Sturm und Drang, Fleisch und Blut a další. Je zkoumáno, jak často je genitivní koncovka -s připojena pouze na konec slovního páru, tedy na druhé podstatné jméno. Cílem práce je dokázat existenci této deklinace v německém jazyce. Slovní páry jsou zkoumány pomocí německých gramatik a Německého referenčního korpusu DeReKo.
