Výskyt a užívání variantních deklinačních koncovek substantiv v současném chorvatském jazyce

Abstract

The thesis deals with the occurrence and use of variable declination endings in the contemporary Croatian language. Apart from the summary of occurrence of these variable endings found in grammar books and dictionaries of the Croatian language, the gathered information from them is afterwards compared with actual situation of Croatian language as they are mentioned in language corpus. This research was conducted by using a similar method applied in research of the Czech grammar. The aim of the thesis was to assess to what extent the real linguistic description corresponds with the real state of the contemporary Croatian language; whether the presented variable endings are reciprocally equivalent and if and how is their use conditioned in general. The thesis also considers how is the variable declination endings of nouns described in currently accessible grammar books of Croatian language for foreigners. The errors found in the descriptions of this phenomenon in literature, which is the base for learning a foreign language, and the author's personal experience were a significant motivation for writing this thesis. The method used in this thesis can be considered as a modest suggestion for the future handling of disputable areas of Croatian morphology in the grammar books of Croatian language.

Tématem práce je výskyt a užívání variantních deklinačních koncovek substantiv v současném chorvatském jazyce. Vedle přehledu o výskytu takových variantních koncovek, který poskytují mluvnice a slovníky chorvatského jazyka, jsou právě tyto zjištěné informace následně konfrontovány s aktuálním stavem chorvatského jazyka tak, jak je zachycen v jazykových korpusech. K tomuto vlastnímu výzkumu je využit způsob podobný již dříve aplikovanému při korpusovém výzkumu české gramatiky. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, nakolik odpovídá stávající lingvistický popis reálnému stavu v současném chorvatském jazyce, zda jsou uváděné variantní koncovky vzájemně rovnocenné, případně čím a zda je jejich užívání podmíněno. Zohledněn je i stav popisu variantních deklinačních koncovek substantiv v aktuálně dostupných učebnicích chorvatského jazyka pro cizince, neboť zjištěné nedostatky ve stavu popisu této variantnosti v literatuře, jež stojí na samém počátku osvojování si cizího jazyka, byly významnou motivací pro vytvoření této práce a rovněž osobní zkušeností autora, která ho k tématu přiměla. Postupy užité v této práci mohou být skromným návrhem na budoucí zpracování sporných míst chorvatské morfologie v mluvnicích chorvatského jazyka.
