Fungování kolektivních orgánů v organizační struktuře neziskových organizací

Abstract

This Master's thesis deals with collective bodies in non-governmental non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part acquaints the reader with basic concepts such as non-profit organization and its possible legal forms in the Czech Republic, mission, fundraising, public relations, strategic planning and briefly introduces the collective bodies of foreign organizations. The practical part is then based on good practices of six organizations, whose representatives of collective bodies were willing to share their experiences. The organizations were selected on the basis of successful participation in the competition Non-Profit Organization of the Year, in which they were placed among the top three in their category (some of them even for several years). Among these organizations we can find one registered institute, two public benefit societies and three registered associations. Since these organizations aren't with the same legal form, their collective bodies are also different. During the description of good practices, it was found, however, that the degree of motivation with which the members of the collective bodies of the surveyed organizations commit themselves to their work and their active involvement in the operations of the organization does not differ. Diplomová práce pojednává o kolektivních orgánech v nestátních neziskových organizacích na území České republiky. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře se základními pojmy, jako je nezisková organizace a její možné právní formy v České republice, poslání, fundraising, public relations, strategické plánování a krátce představuje kolektivní orgány zahraničních organizací. Praktická část je pak postavena na dobré praxi šesti organizací, jejichž představitelé kolektivních orgánů byli ochotni podělit se o své zkušenosti. Organizace byly vybrány na základě úspěšné účasti v soutěži Neziskovka roku, ve které se umístily na jednom z prvních tří míst ve své kategorii (některé i v několika ročnících). Mezi organizacemi můžeme najít jeden zapsaný ústav, dvě obecně prospěšné společnosti a tři zapsané spolky. Protože se nejedná o organizace se stejnou právní formou, liší se i jejich kolektivní orgány. Během popisu dobré praxe bylo zjištěno, že se ale neliší míra motivace, se kterou se vrhají do své práce členové kolektivních orgánů zkoumaných organizací a ani jejich aktivní zapojení se do činnosti organizace. Práce se dále dotýká změn souvisejících s novelou občanského zákoníku, které pro neziskové organizace přinesla v roce 2014.
