Otazníky kolem zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením

Abstract

(in English): The aim of the thesis "Issues concerning the employment of people with disabilities" is to map the motivation and needs of people with disabilities as well as their employers in the labor market, to describe a role of human resources and to define further possibilities of how to make the employment system more effective. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes factors that influence the employment and describes the role of a personal department in a company. The research part examines both employees and employers motivations and needs by using the qualitative method. The discussion focuses on the role of a social worker in the corporate companies.

(česky) Cílem diplomové práce Otázky kolem zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením je zmapovat motivace a potřeby osob se zdravotním postižením i jejich zaměstnavatelů na trhu práce, popsat roli lidských zdrojů a definovat další možnosti zefektivnění systému zaměstnávání osob s postižením. Teoretická část práce shrnuje faktory, které ovlivňují zaměstnávání, a popisuje úlohu personalistů v organizaci. Výzkumná část práce kvalitativní metodou zkoumá motivace a potřeby zaměstnanců i zaměstnavatelů. Diskuse se zaměřuje na roli sociálního pracovníka v komerčních firmách.
