Vývoj počtu pěstounů na přechodnou dobu v České republice v letech 2006-2019

Abstract

This diploma thesis examines the development of the number of short-term foster parents in the years 2006-2019. The theoretical part describes the system of substitute family care and institutional care in the Czech Republic and closely introduces the short-term foster care. The research part of this work examines the view of short-time foster carers on the conditions of short-time foster care. In this part the goal is to find out the experiences, attitudes, wishes and needs of short-time foster carers. The used method is questionnaire survey and semi- structured interviews. The aim of this work is to examine what factors affect the number of short-time foster carers and to find out what short-time foster carers need to perform their profession. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem počtu pěstounů na přechodnou dobu v letech 2006-2019. V teoretické části je popsán systém náhradní rodinné péče a ústavní výchovy v ČR a blíže je představena problematika pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu. Výzkumná část této práce zkoumá pohled pěstounů na přechodnou dobu na podmínky pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu. V této části jsou zjišťovány zkušenosti, postoje, přání a potřeby pěstounů na přechodnou dobu. Využita je metoda dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem práce je vyzkoumat, jaké faktory ovlivňují počty pěstounů na přechodnou dobu a zároveň zjistit, co pěstouni na přechodnou dobu potřebují pro výkon své profese.
