Severočeská panelová výstavba: Komparace sídlišť Severní Terasa, Ruprechtice a Březenecká

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is a comparison of three selected North Bohemian housing estates, which are the Březenecká housing estate in Chomutov, the Severní Terasa housing estate in Ústí nad Labem and the Ruprechtice housing estate in Liberec. These housing estates will be compared within three categories: construction and used technology; architecture and aesthetics of the housing estate; and demographic structure of the housing estate. These housing estates were selected according to the principles of comparability. In all three cases, these housing estates are panel buildings, designed in the 1960s and their construction began in 1970 at the latest. All of the housing estates were built in the North Bohemian Region. In addition to the comparison of housing estates, this work also contains a theoretical insight into the history of the construction of panel buildings in Czechoslovakia.

Panelová výstavba byla ve druhé polovině 20. století významným a hojně užívaným řešením bytové poptávky. Tématem této bakalářské práce je komparace ​tří vybraných severočeských sídlišť: Březenecká v Chomutově, Severní Terasa v Ústí nad Labem a Ruprechtice v Liberci. Tato sídliště budou porovnávána v rámci tří kategorií: 1) stavba a použitá technologie, 2) architektura a estetika sídliště, 3) demografická struktura sídliště. Sídliště byla vybrána dle zásad komparability. Ve všech třech případech jde o panelová sídliště vyprojektovaná v šedesátých letech 20. století, jejichž výstavba začala nejpozději v roce 1970. Všechna sídliště byla vybudována na území Severočeského kraje. Mimo komparaci sídlišť obsahuje tato práce také teoretický vhled do historie panelové výstavby v Československu.
