Jana Matulová Number of pages: 88 Year of defense: 2020 Keywords: hysterectomy, patient's conception of the disease The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of disease perception in women after hysterectomy. The theoretical part is initially focused on the anatomy and physiology of the uterus, the next chapter deals with a separate hysterectomy, subchapters are focused on the most common indications for hysterectomy, surgical procedures and complications. The following chapters describe changes in the body after uterine removal, nursing care and the patient's own conception of the disease, which is important for proper education and cooperation in treatment. The focus of the work is a quantitative research using an abbreviated version of the IPQ- R-CZ questionnaire supplemented by demographic data of patients and possible causes of the disease. The examined sample consists of hospitalized patients after hysterectomy.

Teoretická část je zpočátku zaměřena na anatomii a fyziologii dělohy, další kapitola pojednává o samostatné hysterektomii, podkapitoly jsou zaměřeny na nejčastější indikace hysterektomie, operační postupy a komplikace. V následujících kapitolách jsou popsané změny organismu po odnětí dělohy, ošetřovatelská péče a pacientčino vlastní pojetí nemoci, které je důležité pro správnou edukaci a spolupráci při léčbě. Těžiště práce tvoří kvantitativní průzkumné šetření za využití zkrácené verze dotazníku IPQ-R-CZ doplněného o demografické údaje pacientek a možné příčiny nemoci. Zkoumaný vzorek tvoří hospitalizované pacientky po hysterektomii.
