Kompetenční profil trenérů paměti seniorů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is concerned with competencies of professionals dealing with memory training for older adults in the context of educational, health and social services. The work aims to identify the competencies of memory trainers and to formulate these into a competency profile that would optimally reflect the perspective of the trainers themselves. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter outlines the concept of memory training, describes the different variants of memory training programmes for older adults and explores selected aspects of this field. The second chapter deals with the question of whether memory trainer can be defined as an independent profession rather than a specialised work role. The third chapter explores the education system for memory trainers and the legislative considerations in this area. The fourth chapter focusses on the topic of professional competencies, with particular attention given to relevant competencies within related professions. Based on the gathered data, a competency profile of a memory trainer for older adults is proposed. Tématem bakalářské práce jsou kompetence odborníků, kteří se zabývají trénováním paměti seniorů ve vzdělávacích, zdravotních a sociálních službách. Cílem práce je identifikovat kompetence trenéra paměti seniorů a uspořádat je do kompetenčního profilu tak, aby co nejlépe odpovídal pohledu samotných trenérů paměti. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje pojem trénování paměti, popisuje varianty programů trénování paměti seniorů a vybrané aspekty této činnosti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá otázkou, zda je trenér paměti samostatné povolání či specializovaná pracovní role. Třetí kapitola mapuje systém vzdělávání trenérů paměti a legislativní úpravu této oblasti. Čtvrtá kapitola zpracovává téma profesních kompetencí, pozornost je věnována kompetencím souvisejících povolání. Na základě shromážděných informací je sestaven návrh kompetenčního profilu trenéra paměti seniorů. Další vhled do problematiky poskytuje empirické šetření mezi trenéry paměti, které je předmětem páté kapitoly. Výstupem empirického šetření je kompetenční profil upravený na základě získaných dat tak, aby reflektoval názor respondentů.
