Mezigenerační programy, realizované osobami staršími 50 let v cizích rodinách

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se bude věnovat tématu mezigeneračních programů, realizovaných osobami staršími 50 let v cizích rodinách. Teoretická část charakterizuje rodiny, které mají potřebu mezigeneračního kontaktu s cizí osobou. Objasní potřeby a přednosti generace starší 50 let. Popíše obecné rysy mezigeneračních programů a osvětlí jejich historii. Praktická část se bude zabývat především programem 3G-tři generace a porovná jeho varianty v České republice. Vizí tohoto programu je propojovat osoby starší 50 let s cizími rodinami za účelem dlouhodobého přátelského mezigeneračního vztahu a vzájemné pomoci. Hlavní otázkou, kterou bude práce řešit je rozdíl poskytování programu v závislosti na místních podmínkách. Bude tedy porovnávat pražské středisko s dalšími středisky v České republice. V praktické části bude proveden kvalitativní výzkum na základě rozhovorů. V závěru práce budou nabídnuta doporučení pro další jeho rozvoj v České republice.

This bachelor thesis will focus on the topics of intergenerational programs realized by people over 50 years in different families. The theoretical part characterizes families who have a need for intergenerational contact with other people. It will clarify the needs and advantages of the generation over 50 years. It will also describe the general features of intergenerational programs and explain their history. The practical part will mainly deal with the 3G-three generation program and compare its variants in the Czech Republic. The vision of this program is to connect people over the age of 50 with other families for a long-term friendly intergenerational relationship and mutual assistance. The main issue that this bachelor thesis will focus on is the difference in program delivery depending on local conditions. Furthermore, it will compare the Prague center with other centers in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, qualitative research will be conducted based on the interviews. Finally, recommendations will be offered for its further development in the Czech Republic.
