Vybrané charakteristiky rodinného soužití s profesionálním hasičem

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat zkušenosti žen s rodinným soužitím po boku profesionálního hasiče. V práci přinášíme popis profese hasiče včetně možných rizik, která s ní souvisí, dále potenciální dopad této profese na rodinné soužití včetně jimi nejčastěji řešených témat a zjištěných copingových strategií žen hasičů. Práce má kvalitativní explorační design, přičemž výzkum je realizován prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s partnerkami hasičů. Pro zpracování dat je využita tematická analýza. Analýzou rozhovorů bylo odhaleno několik hlavních témat týkající se rodinného soužití, copingových strategií partnerek hasičů, působení psychologické služby a potřebám, které vůči ní od partnerek hasičů vyvstávají. The aim of this diploma thesis is to chart the experience of family coexistence with a professional fire fighter. This diploma thesis consists of the information about profession of firefighting, possible risks associated with it, potential impact of this profession on family coexistence, the frequent specific themes that arose and coping strategies of fire fighter spouses. The study has a qualitative explorative design, semi-structured interviews with fire fighter spouses are conducted. A thematic analysis is used to analyse the data. The analysis identified several main themes in the data related to the family coexistence with the professional fire fighter, coping strategies of fire fighter spouses, the psychological service and the needs arose from the fire fighter spouses.
