Abstract

Title of bachelor thesis: Physiotherapy with a patients suffering from neglect syndrome in subcuse phase after cerebrovascular accident Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with physiotherapy of patients with neglect syndrome in the subacute phase after cerebrovaskular accident. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part solves the problem of neglect syndrome. There is information about etiopathogenesis, types of syndrome and clinical picture of the disease. Furthermore, the work is focused from the physiotherapeutic perspective on diagnostic and therapeutic methods or concepts that can be used to influence the neglect syndrome. In the practical part there is a case report of a patient who was subsequently put together a therapeutic unit. The aim of this section is to demonstrate a possible physiotherapeutic intervention in a patient with neglect syndrome. Furthermore, the practical part describes the results of a questionnaire survey aimed at mapping diagnostic and physiotherapeutic methods that are used in the Moravskoslezsky and Olomoucky regions. The last part points to the possible effectiveness of prismatic adaptation in the rehabilitation of patients with neglect syndrome. BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno: Jana Jančová Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Tereza Gueye Název bakalářské práce: Fyzioterapie u pacientů s neglect syndromem v subakutní fázi po cévní mozkové příhodě Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzioterapií u pacientů s neglect syndromem v subakutní fázi po cévní mozkové příhodě. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část řeší problematiku neglect syndrom. Nachází se zde informace o etiopatogenezi, typech syndromu a klinickém obraze onemocnění. Dále je práce zaměřena z fyzioterapeutického pohledu na diagnostické a terapeutické metody či koncepty, které lze k ovlivnění syndromu opomíjení využít. V praktické části se nachází kazuistika pacientky, u které byla následně sestavena terapeutická jednotka. Cílem této části je ukázka možné fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacienta s neglect syndromem. Dále praktická část popisuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem je zmapování diagnostických a fyzioterapeutických metod, které jsou využívány v Moravskoslezském a Olomouckém kraji.
