Kvalita dalšího vzdělávání v neformálních vzdělávacích institucích

Abstract

Práce se zabývá tématem kvality v dalším neformálním vzdělávání z pohledu manažerů a klientů neformálních vzdělávacích institucí. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké je pojetí kvality v dalším vzdělávání na základě hloubkového výzkumu mezi manažery neformálních vzdělávacích institucí a klienty těchto institucí. Výstupy z výzkumu budou dále porovnány s existujícími systémy řízení kvality. V teoretické části bude připravena PEST analýza ke zmapování dalšího vzdělávání v České republice, která slouží k porozumění aktuálních trendů a vlivů působících na danou oblast. Dále budou popsány systémy řízení kvality ve vzdělávání a možnosti jejich využití. Hlavními systémy, které budou popsány, je ISO norma, TQM, EFQM, model CAF, Rating vzdělávacích institucí a audit Qfor. Šetření bude provedeno hloubkovými polostrukturovanými rozhovory s manažery a s klienty vzdělávacích institucí za použití designu zakotvené teorie. V první fázi výzkumu budou zapojeni manažeři vzdělávacích institucí. Rozhovory budou kódovány a budou v nich nalézány opakující se koncepty a kategorie. Z kódovaných rozhovorů budou dohledány atributy kvality. V další fázi budou do výzkumu zapojeni klienti těchto institucí s jejich pohledem na kvalitu v dalším vzdělávání. This thesis is focusing on the quality in adult education from the point of view of managers and clients of non-formal educational institutions. The aim of this thesis is to find out the conception quality in adult educations organisation from the point of view of managers and clients in non- formal educational institutions based on depth research with managers of non-formal educational institutions and clients of those institutions. Outcome of the research are going to be compared with existing quality management systems. In the theoretical part, the PEST analysis of the adult education in the Czech Republic is going to be created for a better understanding of trends and impacts in this area. After the analysis, there are going to be described quality management systems and the possibilities of their use. The main system that are going to be described are ISO norm, TQM, EFQM, CAF model, Rating of educational institutions and audit Qfor.
