Specifika zaměstnávání osob s poruchou autistického spektra

Abstract

Tato práce popisuje specifika zaměstnávání osob s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS). Hlavním cílem je zformulování doporučení pro manažery a HR zaměstnance ohledně přizpůsobení HR procesů, pracovního prostředí a manažerských metod zaměstnancům s PAS, čehož je dosaženo pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu využívajícího metodu rozhovorů s účastníky programu Autism@Work spolu s analýzou dalších zdrojů. Tato práce dále poskytuje charakteristiku osob s PAS v kontextu zaměstnávání včetně analýzy současného postavení této skupiny na trhu práce a uvedení příkladů podpůrných systémů na tuto skupinu cílících. This thesis describes the specifications of employing people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The main goal is to formulate recommendations for managers and HR workers regarding adaptation of the HR processes, workplace environment and management methods to the specific needs of employees with ASD. This is achieved through the qualitative research using the methods of interview with participants of Autism@Work project together with analysis of additional resources. This thesis offers characteristic of people with ASD in the work context including the analysis of the current situation of people with ASD on the labour market and providing the best practice examples of supporting projects focusing at this target group.
