Organizační struktura ošetřovatelské péče ve zdravotnických zařízeních

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnovaná problematice organizační struktury ošetřovatelské péče ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Práce zjišťuje organizaci ošetřovatelské péče od počátků ošetřovatelství až po současnost s cílem poskytnout informace o jejím začátku, vývoji, aktuálním stavu a do jisté míry i o předpokládaných perspektivách. Snahou bylo co nejobjektivněji zachytit důležitá data a údaje ve vývoji ošetřovatelství, které ovlivnily vývoj organizace ošetřovatelské péče ve zdravotnických zařízeních.

This thesis is focused on the issue of the structure of nursing care in the healthcare facilities. It discovers the organization of the nursing care since the very beginning of it. By the same mail it is focused on the developing and the actual state and, of course, on the supposed perspectives to the certain extent. We tried our best to describe the facts and data of the development of nursing which influenced it in the healthcare facilities in the most possible candid way.
