Příčiny a psychosociální důsledky feminizace českého školství

Abstract

Bachelor Thesis Causes and Psychosocial Consequences of Feminization of Czech Education, Feminist Pedagogy focuses on mapping basic points in the transition of the teaching profession from men to women in the last one hundred and fifty years. It outlines some conditions and contexts that have had a major impact on the formation of the causes that have led to the phenomenon today called feminisation of education. It attempts to name and describe some of the consequences this phenomenon has caused. It outlines the important characteristics of feminist pedagogy and seeks to accept them positively.

Bakalářská práce Příčiny a psychosociální důsledky feminizace českého školství, feministická pedagogika se soustředí na zmapování základních bodů v přechodu učitelského povolání z mužů na ženy v posledních sto padesáti letech. Nastiňuje některé podmínky a souvislosti, které měly zásadní vliv na formování příčin, jež vedly ke vzniku jevu dnes označovaného jako feminizace školství. Pokouší se pojmenovat a popsat některé důsledky, které tento jev způsobil. Nastiňuje důležité charakteristiky feministické pedagogiky a usiluje o jejich pozitivní přijetí.
